whatever lights you up, it's always leading you to a new version of yourself, a higher version of

yourself. I'd like to invite us all to invite in our higher self in our mind's eye because I genuinely

believe there is a collective consciousness or collective energy that's always at

place. And I feel like I just want to close my eyes. If you guys want to join me, maybe just

taking a deep breath, allowing your shoulders to drop. Sometimes we wear them up at our ears,

like earrings when we're stressed, feeling a little shoulder roll,

allowing the head and the neck to feel lighter, release any stress just by bringing awareness.

It really can be that simple.

And just sitting back and allowing our higher self to bring in a message.

Because I feel like the first word that I'm hearing

before I even got on the mic was purpose. And I feel like it's something that we all want to know.

We all want to know what is our purpose and what are we doing and what does this mean and what is

that and this and this and everything up until this point every pinpoint on your map your

blueprint your akashik record right that's your soul's journey every single point has been a part of

your purpose there is nothing that you have done up until this point that was a waste of time

or that was out of alignment, even if you felt,

whoa, I was really out of alignment.

You were supposed to be there.

You were supposed to experience what it feels like to have fallen off path or to stray from

the things that light you up because that's the simplest part of this whole entire human

experience is that the purpose is for you to feel lit up.

The purpose is for you to feel joyful.
