Yo today's QOTS, it seems the older we get, the more we give up on our dreams.

Welcome back to the QOTS, we got Randy Gage on the show for your motivation Monday.

And today's clip isn't quite motivational, right?

It's more of a wake up call.

Randy is waking you up and encouraging you to reconnect to your dream, to reconnect to what you really, really want from life.

And to ask yourself, am I settling?

Am I settling for less than what I really, really want?

Because here's the thing, it is never too late.

You are never too old.

You can still do it.

You just got to be willing to get uncomfortable, to step into the unknown and the unfamiliar and to do it.

Because you can create your life.

You still can create your life.

I mean the big dreams, the bold daring, imaginative ones you had.

The ones you had when you were 15 years old and 18 years old, 20 years old.

Because you know when I see, I see people give up on their dreams.
