Welcome back friends to another Monday motivation. Okay. This one's a doozy at least

0:08.1

is in my life as of recently and I wanted to share it with you boundaries. Let's just

0:13.6

talk a little bit about boundaries. Here is your motivation. You do not have to explain

0:18.7

your boundaries to anyone. Yeah. Mic drop on that. You do not have to explain your boundaries

0:26.5

to anyone. You really don't. Now, I know that there are people in our, you know, close

0:31.5

intimate inner circle that this might be a part of and we do choose to do that. And that's

0:36.7

beautiful. And as long as that's healthy and good and positive, that's great. But I

0:42.3

recently had it had a, what would you call it, an experience, a situation where someone

0:49.3

1:18.3

this quick thought of, do I respond to this? And then I realized, no, of course I don't.

1:22.4

I got some counsel for some people very, very close to me. And we all agreed, yes, no,

1:26.9

we don't have to explain our boundaries to anybody. And I remember thinking when I was

1:30.2

asking my husband, actually, like, what do you think about this? And he goes, Leo, what

1:34.8

would you say to the women that, that you teach a new coach? And I would tell them, you

1:39.5

do not have to explain your boundaries to anybody. So I want to just tell you that you don't

1:44.5

have to. We are definitely here to love people. We are here to, to be understanding as

1:50.8

Christ is understanding. But that doesn't mean that we're just a welcome at for anybody

1:55.2

to walk over, or that we have to respond to every single little, little thing. We have

...
