| 0:49.3 | reached out to me, not in my inner circle at all, about one of my boundaries that I have |
| 0:55.3 | in my life that really is actually zero to do with them, zero to do with them. It's |
| 1:01.3 | about me protecting myself, my mental health, just my life, my own, my own life. And |
| 1:07.4 | they were questioning this boundary and almost demanding a response multiple times over. |
| 1:14.7 | And it really kind of made me chuckle. And at first I thought, oh my gosh. And I had |
| 1:18.3 | this quick thought of, do I respond to this? And then I realized, no, of course I don't. |
| 1:22.4 | I got some counsel for some people very, very close to me. And we all agreed, yes, no, |
| 1:26.9 | we don't have to explain our boundaries to anybody. And I remember thinking when I was |
| 1:30.2 | asking my husband, actually, like, what do you think about this? And he goes, Leo, what |
| 1:34.8 | would you say to the women that, that you teach a new coach? And I would tell them, you |
| 1:39.5 | do not have to explain your boundaries to anybody. So I want to just tell you that you don't |
| 1:44.5 | have to. We are definitely here to love people. We are here to, to be understanding as |
| 1:50.8 | Christ is understanding. But that doesn't mean that we're just a welcome at for anybody |
| 1:55.2 | to walk over, or that we have to respond to every single little, little thing. We have |
