binge eating. For so many years, I felt trapped in the cycles of binge eating, emotional,

eating, compulsive over eating, dieting. and it was absolutely maddening. It was

disheartening. And through lots of trial and error, I finally was able to reprogram my brain

and find my way out of these behavior patterns. But it was only through really beginning to

understand the neuroscience of behavior change. How do we reprogram the brain? And

for many years, researchers believed our brain stopped developing by our early to mid-20s. However,
