When I set out to do this podcast, I had a few goals in mind.

I wanted to be informative.

I wanted to jam pack as much information as I possibly could in the shortest amount

of time possible.

Because I also wanted the show to be concise.

There are loads of hour long and two hour long shows in the fantasy football space, but

not everyone has the time to listen to those.

And based on feedback, I know that this sounds a little crazy to some people, but the

Late Round Pod is usually 15 to 25 minutes in length on purpose.

But if I'm being honest, what really interests me in this fantasy football and football analytics

world is thinking a little more abstractly through the use of data.

And doing a podcast was a good way of getting thoughts out there that wouldn't only be driven

by rankings or by sleepers for a given week.

And as a result of that, I've got a lot of shows in the Late Round Podcast library that

are evergreen.

They can be listened to anytime, because they're not focused on a topic that'll be irrelevant

in a week.
