Now I am actually off this week. I'm off this week. The missus demanded it. I'll be working. I haven't had proper time off for a long time. So it's a free line whip from the misses. But I didn't want to let you guys down. And specifically, obviously, podcast listeners, but I have patrons. This is the whole point about having a patron that keeps the podcast weekly and ad free. I've got clients, babe, got clients. So I don't have some of the usual

weekly stuff here because I'm actually recording this on Friday the 12th of November. But

it's all going to be ready. I'm going to have it edited. So it go up as usual next week while

I'm a son in myself here in rural

cambertshire so it's a guest episode this week with the brilliant rachel paris i've been

wanted to speak to rachel for a while obviously my my co-host uh co-h fucking i'm not even a co-star

of the mash report she's the big star i pop up the. But obviously, she was a huge breakout star of that show. So in the conversation, we talk about her experience of being on the show, what it was like for those clips to go viral. And bear in mind, you've got to remember that those were more. I mean, we're talking like millions. And we'll speak about it in the interview. And the impact that that had on her career, you know, both good and bad in terms of the kind of trolling you get, but she's very positive about stuff. We get an insight into, you know, Rachel's politics, something she actually, a lot of people might think that, you know, she's a raging lefty and stuff, but I think the truth as it comes out is a bit more moderate than that and

hard right guy or a bloke playing the character of a conservative this podcast is just trying to

have a laugh and at the same time get to grips

with a kind of fairly reasonable view of what's happening in Britain. But, you know, we have a mix

between shows where we talk about social and political stuff and we have these full guest shows

like for high profile people like Rachel. So before we get on with the show, there are actually a few new patrons

since I put up the last podcast with Adam Rowe, which people should check out. People seem to

love that. And the new patrons are, we've got Maddie Lee, Maddie Lee, who sounds like some

old entertainer from the vaudeville years. It's Maddie Lee with a talking dog um is that is that volderville or is that

more sort of britain's got talent um rehearsal audition that's the word we've got Lisa ramsie blythe

Lisa ramsie blythe i mean if i would just if i was trying to come up with a posh character

in in a drama people can say that that's too much, Jeff. And it's also, I think it's Liza, Liza Ramsey Blythe. That is, do you remember, do you remember when double-barreled names used to mean something, eh? Do you remember that? You know, and then suddenly it's all like, you know, we want to just show that we're progressive.
