I think the Australian accent exerts the gravitational pull on different versions of like anglophone accents and you just end up like you just end up at that extreme.

Yeah, faster than usual maybe but we just end up at that extreme.

which was one of two things which have led

to this rather truncated episode.

We've had perhaps our longest episodes ever in the past few weeks

as we've gotten, you know, we sort of limbered up and got used to stretching out the morsels of news we got during

the break and then once the races came we

we sort of I don't know we we went into every last detail on the races in that same

enthusiastic way.

Perhaps it is good that this race was such a snore fest because we're at
