Summary

Hello and welcome to episode 116 of The Mindful Kind podcast!

In this episode, I've shared 3 key tips to cultivating a stronger mindfulness practice (which I wish I'd known at the start of my own journey!).

You'll hear more about my own struggles with becoming more mindful and some of the obstacles which hindered my progress.

The 3 key tips include:

  • Working with a personal mentor or coach
  • Finding ways to stay accountable
  • Joining like-minded communities
