Summary

In this episode, Brendon Burchard illustrates how overworking negatively affects your physical and mental health. True enough, no one’s brain can go and work all the time. 


According to Brendon, most of us believe that we have to be machines to produce great results and consistent achievements. However, we fail to see that stress and fatigue keep accumulating and may eventually leave us physically and mentally drained or burned out.


For this reason, Brendon affirms that it is okay to take a break and to let yourself take a rest. After all, there is virtue in both work and rest. Don’t get so busy making a living that you forget to value your own life. At the end of the day, finding a healthy balance is one of the keys to success and enjoyable life.
