This recording was taken up the Utah Thrive Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah in June

In order to have I think a successful time together as in sexual activity, it's good to have

some disclosures, expectations, guidelines up front.

So I would like to role model that in just what you can expect from today.

About probably 30 to 45% of us, if I'm being conservative, have had some level of unwanted

sexual assault or trauma in our background.

That's a lot of us in here, me included.

This is not what I'm covering today.

So I say this because anytime we talk about anything sexually related, sometimes it's

hard to differentiate between, you know, hurts and wounds in our past from things that

we might be lighthearted about having fun with today.
