In order to have I think a successful time together as in sexual activity, it's good to have

some disclosures, expectations, guidelines up front.

So I would like to role model that in just what you can expect from today.

About probably 30 to 45% of us, if I'm being conservative, have had some level of unwanted

sexual assault or trauma in our background.

So I say this because anytime we talk about anything sexually related, sometimes it's

hard to differentiate between, you know, hurts and wounds in our past from things that
