Welcome, everyone to the investing in real estate show. We are heading into a smoking hot market

0:11.8

in the next few months. We are starting to see some increasing data showing us that rates are

0:17.5

coming down. Jerome Powell next week, of course, is going to be testifying,

0:22.1

and what we will hear from the Fed chief could change everything in the spring.

0:27.0

We are, if you're a Fed watcher, you know that we are going to see rate cuts 100%.

0:32.4

100%. We are going to see, I mean, I should say the chances of rate cuts are 100%. We're not going to see a 100% reduction, but we will see rate cuts. Absolutely 100% that is coming. The question is, will it happen in March? Will it happen in May? 1:02.7

sitting back and waiting on selling their homes because they're like, oh, I've got a 4% interest

1:19.3

And spring is the most, you know, is the best time to list a home. It's the best time to buy a home

1:25.3

in the spring because there's, you know, inventory hits

1:28.4

the market. People are getting ready for the end of the school year. They want to move houses

1:32.2

before the next school year starts. So May, April, holy smokes, we are about to see a smoking hot

1:38.4

real estate market in my opinion. Now, a lot could change. Suddenly, Jerome Powell could come out and say,

1:43.5

you know what, instead of cutting rates, I'm going to increase rates. No one believes that's going to happen at all.

1:49.7

And we could see this recession hitting at the beginning of the year. Now, this is like holdover,

1:54.3

sort of residual consumer spending, consumer confidence numbers, of course, higher energy costs and things like that.

2:03.3

So we could see that recession hitting in the first quarter of 2024.

2:08.7

However, the housing explosion is going to happen, I believe, in March, April, May, June.

2:16.1

So get ready, folks.

2:17.7

Like, if you've been sitting on the sidelines and thinking about getting started investing,
