Today, I want to talk about things that you can control versus things

you can't control. I have always kind of been a control freak. And when things don't go my way,

I have a really hard time processing it and working through it. This has come out in past friendships,

past relationships specifically. You know know when a guy wasn't

texting me back or he was cheating on me or doing things that upset me i would spiral out of control

and try to think of any way that i could fix the problem like how could i make him want me how could

i make us work how could I stop him

from going and doing these things that I didn't want him to do and I definitely still struggle with

this control thing I'm not as insane about my boyfriend because he's actually a sweet baby angel

and doesn't cheat on me or lie to me or do

anything to hurt me. But I'm still a control freak in my day-to-day life. But I think I've come

to a point where I've realized that you can worry about these things and you can try to control
