Hey everybody, it's Jr.

Host Race, Talladega.

First off, everything went pretty good in practice.

Pretty simple.

Not a whole lot going on there, you just get in the car and go.

Make sure that the travels are what you want and there's no problems with motor leaks.

So forth, pretty simple.

Qualifying again, went really well, had been going good for us at the plate tracks this year, especially Talladega.

The race, you know, I was pretty nervous having the wind to get in, having a stomach torque a little bit.

And, you know, I knew that the best thing I needed to do all day long was just work hard to stay in the lead.

Get the lead, keep the lead, get the lead, keep it when you got it.

The only go of it.

Block, block, block, do everything you got to do.

Be smart, don't block like an idiot, but be aggressive.

So, you know, that's what we did all day.

I thought we did a really good job of that.
