Heather Cole. Yep, you're my favorite. It's so great to be here again. And really, it was

really fun to do this episode with you. And I think that it's so needed that women just need to know that we're sexual beings,

that we should get to talk about sex, that we don't have to have it all figured out.

And especially when it comes to singleness and our dating relationships and what that's going to look like,

I think that it's really helpful to women.

Yeah. And this episode was one of my favorites because we love, love, love, love, love, talking about

sex and especially to singles and divorced because we've been there. We know how hard it is to be

sexual people and to try to hold that integrity in our sex lives.

This episode is not just for women, even though we use a lot of girl examples because we're girls.

Yes.

But it really is for men or women who are divorced or single that, you know, to have good

boundaries and to be talking about it and to be having a plan and being intentional.

These are tough questions.

Like, can I masturbate if I'm single? Those are

all things that we get over and over and over or how do I date again after being divorced or how do I

make sure I don't repeat, you know, the same, the same relationship that I just had or how far is too

far sexually when we're dating. Those are all questions we get continually. And so we wanted to dedicate
