Who you actually are is more important than what you're doing.

That is at your best.

And here's what failure looks like, in my opinion.

If we become the biggest in the industry,

if we make the most money in the industry,

but we actually become people who lose kindness,

and people who start treating each other bad,

or people who start backstabbing to climb a ladder at

Think Media, then we lose.

With the new year comes new goals, new ideas, and new challenges. And here at Think Media,

we have coined this year under the banner of At Our Best. I'm excited for today's episode because we're going to be

pulling back the curtain and letting you in on an experience that we just had with all of our

team here in Las Vegas. We are going to take you behind the scenes of our leadership retreat

and share with you the heart behind our mission here at think media for the at our best year.
