Back when I was a law student at a prominent London university, I moved into a shared house

in Peckham during the final years of my studies. After the reason I was so keen on that particular

house was that only one of the other apartments was occupied. The trouble with being in a student

house is that they tend to be pretty rowdy places. We never know quite when someone is going to
