Craig David MBE is a British singer and songwriter who rose to fame in 1999, featuring on the single "Re-Rewind" by Artful Dodger. David's debut studio album, Born to Do It, was released in 2000, after which he has released a further five studio albums and worked with a variety of artists such as Sting, Tinchy Stryder, Big Narstie, Kano and Jay Sean. David has 20 UK top 40 singles, and seven UK top 40 albums, selling over 15 million records worldwide as a solo artist.

David has been nominated for fourteen Brit Awards: five times for Best British Male, and twice receiving a Grammy Award nomination for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.

0:31.9	That's a beautiful set up. It was back in 2000. I released my first album, which was called Born to Do

0:47.2	that kind of catapoled me out into the world from a few months before just buying records and DJing and cultivating the sound and then all of a sudden when it exploded, it went zero to 100.

1:04.5	And next one we were in the UK for a year and then we went out to America.

1:09.5	Well, I want to get into all that, but I want to start, you know, like most of us,

1:16.6	And it was so interesting because Jen and I were applying for the baby's passport recently.

1:22.0	And it asked for like the baby's ethnicity and is like, are you Latino, Hispanic? And normally I would answer yes. And now we're like,
1:31.9	we have a Hispanic baby that is also part Jewish and we don't know. And I think that's a little
