Just today I recorded this new audio for you, I know its been a while, infact I am still running training and recorded this video in my lunch break. In the audioI will show you how to quickly change negative feelings. This process is simple to do but very effective, its about becoming conscious of how you do what you do and then retraining our unconscious mind to have a new feeling that supports you in a holistic way.

Hey guys, I know it's been a long time since I've done some free content for you,

So it means we've had lots of long days, usually

there, eight days training over nine days. So it's been quite a while to be able to actually

create a new bit of content for you. But I wanted to give you this tip and idea today of how you

can change the way you feel on the inside at any moment if you choose. Because sometimes we have a bit of anxiety,

sometimes we have worries or doubts or fears or just an uncomfortable feeling that you just can't

put a word to. But I want to show you how you can transform that feeling and allow it to become

a new feeling for you. You see, everything that we do is simply

a strategy, a strategy of how we think, how we believe in the world, how we feel, how we behave.

So with every feeling we have, there's a process to it. There's a process on how our inner

mind, our unconscious mind, runs that feeling.

I mean, if you could change, you would change, but if you cannot change that feeling, the unconscious mind must be running it.

So here's how you're going to be able to change any feeling that you have.

First of all, I want you to bring your attention to that feeling whenever you have it.

So let's say, for example, you have a feeling

of worry in your body or maybe a bit of anxiety. I want you to be aware of where that's located.

Let's say, for example, it's right here and I've got this anxiety here. As I become aware of that

anxiety, because I know that I have it, it's an experience I'm having and I don't like it.

Become aware of it and notice if you were to put a colour on it, what colour would it represent?

And just notice what colour you would choose.

And as you become aware of that colour, we're just really getting meaning out of it.
