Hello everybody Eric here a lot of people try to trick you on April Fool's day, but we here at the King cast celebrate this admirably goofy holiday a little bit differently.

It's a time for treats not tricks I. Last year we developed a whole alternate reality show

that took a bow on April 1st.

We weren't really able to devote the time

to doing that again this year,

but we didn't want April 1st to pass by

without a little something something for you guys.

So we're dropping a couple of our favorite episodes previously locked behind our Patreon Paywall.

Every week we drop one main feed episode, to everybody and one Patreon exclusive episode just for our patrons

These range from full-length commentaries like today's brand new commentary that has Kingcast favorite Brian Fuller sitting with Wampler and myself watching

John Carpenter's Christine and spelling a little bit on his own adaptation in the process.

We also have interviews, crazy niche king diversions, such as a comprehensive list of literal boners in

Stephen King's work. We even did one recently about a bizarre conspiracy theory

that claims that Stephen King was involved heavily in the assassination of John Law. that of fun shit. Anyway, so what are you getting today? You're getting two episodes that

Wampler and I have decided on that are kind of our personal favorites that are

that are residing over there at our Patreon. One is dedicated to King's weird-ass short story the moving finger

where we brought in our very lively friend Winter Mitchell to discuss the short and the equally

weird adaptation in the anthology horror show Monsters from the 90s, which starred the great

Tom Noonan by the way.

The other one is an interview we did with the great fantasy artist Michael Waylan.

Now Dark Tower fans will know that name as he is the artist behind the iconic art and the gunslinger in the dark tower.

He's the one that kind of set the visual stage for me as a very young reader.
