We are on the ninth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita.

And here in the 26th and 27th verses,

some very powerful practices of Bhakti were given, devotion, love of God.

26th verse said, Krishna is saying, worship me, and how simple and effective and powerful

the worship of Krishna is. He says, patram, pushpam, thawayam, leaves, flowers, just water, fruits.

So this is, that's how you worship Shiva, for example.

And one of the names of Shiva is Ashutoshah.

Ashutosha is the one who is easily pleased. Ashthosh, easily pleased.

It doesn't take a lot to please Shiva.

And he says the worship of God is very simple.

The offerings themselves are not expensive, nor are they complicated, nor is the process complicated, but what is necessary is love.

What is necessary is devotion, reverence, love, love.
