| 1:13.0 | And that word does get used a lot in the debate in general, and today's show in particular. |
| 1:19.0 | But I think that it's a lot less relevant than many people seem to think, |
| 1:22.6 | and I want to get to a discussion about substance rather than about semantics. |
| 1:27.2 | And so just to start on that word, I think that honest people could disagree |
| 1:31.8 | about whether rigging something means that you merely tilt the outcome in one direction or another, |
| 1:38.0 | or whether it means that to break something is to make only one outcome a possibility, |
| 1:42.8 | and there's a big difference between those two. |
| 1:45.4 | So you can see how that would cause a lot of confusion for people discussing the 2016 primary |
