0:09.0	the show that explores the background of Tolkien, in the Lord of the Rings in particular, where Bilbo mentions that he's just itching to get out there again.

0:46.8	It is time for me to branch out into another new endeavor.

1:19.2	A close reading of The Hobbit. And I don't fully know what that will look like yet, because I haven't done it yet.
1:28.6	I feel much like before I started this podcast and started digging into the Silmarillion
1:35.3	with all of you, a little bit of anticipation, a little bit of excitement, but then also a little
1:42.5	bit of nervousness. I don't really know how this will go.
1:47.9	Now, clearly, this is not going to be a reading of The Hobbit, because that's what they pay actual
1:55.0	voice actors to do. And there are much better versions than what you would get for me. Plus, I'd probably get sued.

2:04.6	But what we will do is plan out each piece, and then I will go through and dig in to the text
2:14.5	at a very, very close level, pulling out all the nuance and all the good little bits.
2:20.8	So this should be a lot of fun.
