It's a new month, which means it's time for a new theme here on our podcast. For the month of March,

Obviously, that's a very broad term.

And it incorporates both physical organization along with digital organization.

our top three mistakes when it comes to organization. But first, let's hear a TSAH from Shelly Lee.

So Shelly Lee says, I have been teaching for four years. I was third grade, then moved to fourth,

then back to third, distance learning year, and called to go back to fourth again about two weeks before school began this year.

And then was told that I'm likely to go back to third next year if numbers stay the way that they anticipate.

I've been primarily planning online for the last two-ish years, but I'm struggling with how to

organize for each grade level. I lose so much time trying to organize activities, exemplars,

masters, etc. to use again in the future. Do I do it by grade level, standard, unit, subject,

Seriously, there are no, like, magical, correct answers when it comes to digital organization.

Obviously, there are guidelines to follow. Like, every file should be in a folder and you should utilize what we call folderception
