Summary

Following this month's spooky theme, today we are diving into the fourth dimension, going beyond this earth realm to learn how to lay the groundwork for spirit guide communication. This is the first part of a two part series on contacting your spirit guides. In Part 1 you will learn what spirit guides are, why you are aligned with yours, and where they come from. You will gain an understanding of what NOT to do when trying to contact your guides as there are many entities around us, and not all of them are helpful. Attracting a low vibrational entity could have many negative side effects and leave us feeling uneasy. Instead of acting from fear we will acquire the knowledge needed to make contact safely and therefore have the power to call on them when we wish. We lastly will touch on how to protect yourself from lower vibrational entities, especially during this Halloween season.
