Again, I always make a bit of a joke on these things that we've been going back and forth for ages trying to sort this out.

But again, we legitimately have been going back and forth for a while.

But a really interesting story, I guess, as to how you've ended up coming on the podcast, which is that I got injured.

I put out the bat signal to see if anyone had any recommendations for insurance people i don't know what

you call it insurance companies and whatever and your name came up so much it was insane and i think

that's a testament for the service that you do for what you've done for other mountain bikers so yeah

massive congratulations on that because i think that's a very sort of valid use case of what you do that

it is working and that people will give you props and recommend you so um so yeah you jumped on

helped out with an episode of the ride companion and then i was like actually i just want to sit
