Airbnb. Yeah, yeah. We wanted to beat the snowstorm to get down to Austin and our hotel

could not accommodate us a day before. So you went online and got an Airbnb.

And every Airbnb always has one weird thing about it. This one had everything weird about it. And we talked about this in the other episode. Coups, used Q-tips on the floor, coins in the, in the sink. It felt like the house was going to fall over. Like, it just was not a good situation. Right. But I went on a few, like two weeks later, I guess, or a week later, and I said, hey, you know, didn't have a great experience. You said this to Airbnb, not to the person. No, I said to Airbnb. And so two weeks later, I got a phone call back and they asked for my story and I said I had a really bad experience with

Airbnb we didn't even stay the night I would like a refund of some sort yeah they said well

it's too late for us to refund you but what we can do is you have to go into basically a mediation

with the renter which which means what which means that I need to send any pictures I have of the property and I need to write up a thing saying, you know, I didn't stay the night.

And this is why my experience was.
