a hypnotic meditation, all on becoming consistent. It's one of those things that can really

get in our own way because maybe we have self-sabotage, maybe we have anxieties, worries and doubts, maybe we have limiting beliefs about ourselves.

And ultimately, it causes us to not show up with a lot of consistency.

But to me, consistency and discipline, which is a form of consistency, actually creates freedom. It allows us to be

able to achieve more, receive more, to become more, and to really live the life that we want.
