Tell us about this Senate bill introduced by Republican Roger Marshall and Democrat

Corey Booker.

Yeah, sure.

So just to be clear, it has not been introduced yet.

It's being circulated and it's drafted and they're

seeking feedback so now's the time to provide feedback. But yeah it's looking to be

introduced and it's called the Hope with Fertility Services Act and it would require all

health plans that are regulated by the federal insurance law called ERISA to

provide coverage for in vitro fertilization.
