manage anxiety? And then people all give their comments, right? Well, coach Sean said,

So I thought it must be time to talk about mantra on the show. Maybe I haven't mentioned it lately.

So I would like everybody to begin to understand the transformative power of a mantra for well-being. It's something we don't think about

often. We're very busy and we want quick fixes and instant gratification. We want to scroll and get an answer.

I know I fall into these categories too. And when we can begin to learn about slowing down and using a repetitive action, which is what a mantra can be a part of, a repetitive action,
