And Papa, so that's what I did. I just bulked consistently over a longer period of time. It's,

it takes a while. You don't bulk overnight. You don't bulk in three fucking months.

People that bulk in a short period of time usually resort to shortcuts. Just like when you try

to lose fat in a short period of time what do you do

extreme diets you do extreme you know measures in terms of caloric restriction or

you do fat burners or you do way too much cardio and you do way too much exercise and

trying to create a deficit so it goes both ways you can bulk, but it's going to be more dirty and you're

putting a lot more fat because you don't put on muscle that quickly. It takes a long time. So if you're

eating a lot of excess calories far more than you need at than the speed of how fast your body

can build muscle, you're going to put on some fat. So don't overdo it. It's not necessary. All you need is a surplus. Start with like a few hundred calories surplus and then go from there. Start with 500 calories. Always less is more because if you start putting on a little bit too much fat for your liking and you're weighing yourself, you're doing body fat measurements and all that shit you want to get really granular you're taking pictures and the whole deal then you back it off
