It's throwback Thursday and we are turning back that clock all the way to episode number 257 in our

feature speaker, Les Brown. Today Les is going to talk about critics. When you want to be successful,

you are always going to be bumping into critics and that's okay. It's completely unavoidable.

Self-esteem is so important. Self-esteem is the value you place on yourself.

And when you have a high value that you place on yourself because you are a highly valuable person,

critics don't matter. You start to realize that. Actually, you just start to consider the source.

You know, most people are very small-minded. They live in their own self-image box,

feeling like they're undeserving and unworthy and incapable of doing what they really want to do

in their lives. So they apply that to you. How are you going to do it? You can't do that.

That's just their own self-talk being projected onto you. And it's your job to not listen

and to continue moving forward on your path to success regardless of what anybody says to you.

Because it's not your job to live inside somebody else's box.
