In this episode, I sit down with my podcast producer and growth strategist, Matt Stockton, to break down the power of core values. We dive into why establishing your values isn’t just a nice idea—it’s the foundation for clarity, accountability, and making decisions that actually move you forward.
Through real-life examples—both personal and business—we unpack how core values keep you grounded, especially when life gets tough. With insights from influential authors and biblical principles woven in, we explore how staying true to your values leads to consistent growth, resilience, and success.
