Summary

In Walterboro, South Carolina, 26 year old Elaine Fogle is brutally murdered in her own home. With very little evidence and no leads, the case quickly turns cold. It would take a new detective and modern science to finally solve the mystery.

Fun Fact: In South Carolina, it is illegal to change clothes in a gas station bathroom. This isn't enforced, but is on the books!
