I've been recording this podcast since January of 2022.

And one of the reasons I started this podcast was because I had

just gone through a gnarly friendship breakup with a whole like a whole group of friends, not just one.

And I felt very alone and misunderstood. I didn't know what to do with my thoughts, like where to put them, who to talk to.

And that's kind of what pushed me to create Trinidad Care.

When I went through that friendship breakup, I had a really hard time getting over what happened.

It hurt to lose those friends. Yeah. I had a really hard time getting over what happened.

It hurt to lose those friends, but it hurt even more that they didn't care that I was hurt and they didn't think they did anything wrong.

I never received an apology.

And I'm going to be honest, it was really hard to move on without one, but I had to.
