being on social media for the last 10 years when you're in a bad mood you produce shitty content

because you're angry with the world so you end up putting that out into your content so you're

not putting good out into the world sometimes the worst thing about putting shit out into the

world is that there's a lot of shitty people who love it yeah so you get an echo chamber

of putting out content that doesn't help people.

And I've seen so many people now that get addicted to calling out people, putting out

shit content, blaming other people, arguing with other people.

And other people who are not in a good place love it because it makes them feel good

for a very small period of time.

So they do more of it.

And they wonder why their mental health is effective.

Like, why do I hate social media?

Because you're toxic.

You're putting shit out into it.
