Summary

Andrée has been a spiritual teacher for 52 years. For 20 years Andrée was a full-time teacher of the Transcendental Meditation Program and introduced thousands of people to the experience of consciousness and meditation. More recently, she went to Brazil for 12 consecutive years to study their spiritual traditions to see into the spiritual realms and develop relationships with advanced Cosmic Souls. For Andrée, the exposure to the experience of consciousness led to new avenues of discovery. With refinement of perception, within the unboundedness of consciousness, along with the assistance of two Cosmic Souls, Hayehwatha and Vovó Anamalia, Andrée began to observe the details of the universe and beyond. Andrée feels this is the next level of experience to unfold within our culture; for people to observe their origin, history, and destiny with reference to the life of the universe and beyond. What is known as the life we live on the earth is a small portion of who we are. Andrée lives in Mount Shasta, California where she provides workshops and private sessions with Hayehwatha and Vovó Anamalia, as well as puts on The Best of Mt. 0:07.0	. Welcome to Buddha at the gas pump. My name is Rick Archer, and my guest this week is my old friend, Andrei Morgana. And if you happen to have a background in the TM movement, you may remember her as
0:39.1	Andre Leonard. And Andre and I have similar backgrounds up to a point. We both became teachers of
0:46.9	Transcendental Meditation a long time ago. She and Rishikesh India in 1969. I in Estes Park,
0:53.3	Colorado in 1970.
0:55.0	And we both taught on the East Coast and eventually all over the place.
0:59.0	In fact, we even talked together briefly in around
1:02.0	1978 or 79 or so in Rhode Island.
1:05.0	And we both went on a lot of these long courses in Europe
1:10.0	where we would meditate for 8 to 10 hours a day for months at a time,
1:14.6	in Andre's case two years straight, I think.
1:18.6	And then we also both share the distinction of not being in the TM movement anymore,
1:25.6	but of looking back on it all with appreciation and having
1:31.0	branched off in different directions. She so radically that it's hard for me to even conceive
1:36.8	of some of the things she now experiences and talks about, but that's what we're going
1:40.1	to get into in this interview. And I think people will find this interesting and a little different than a lot of the
1:46.2	interviews I've done.
