for real estate investors. And you'd think, well, maybe we would have seen like a big housing crash,

right? No. And the reason we're not seeing any kind of big housing crash. We're seeing some

moderation of some of those overpriced markets like in Boise, Idaho and places like that.

But no, we're seeing an absolute demand for

real estate. And we just do not have enough units. You've seen builders who have pulled back on

building. That's going to even make it even more of a demand for properties right now. And so

once these interest rates kind of come back down again and inflation drops back down again, you're going to

see an absolute flooding of people into the marketplace. So again, that's why we're seeing some

really interesting moments right now in housing. People wondering like, well, why hasn't housing

crashed? Well, the reason housing hasn't crashed is because it's incredibly difficult to get a loan

and there's incredible demand

for properties right now. So really interesting going on, really interesting things happening
