After the version 16.10 update, player built structures in performance mode are now working in their intended visual state.

The previous state, aka bubble wrap, was never intended and considered a bug.

Okay, so if any of you players were playing on performance mode, you know what they're talking about.

Everybody was calling it the bubble wrap, that's the way the graphics looked when you would place a build,
