I am here to empower you to empower yourself.

And I have loved the theme of September,

which is the process, the process for business owners, creators, makers, inspiration, driven

inspirationers, people that just want more. And you guys as meathead hippies and as meathead

hippie listeners,

that's what you're here for. I love talking about a lot of things, but specifically the process

of understanding your own process, kind of the mental up and down roller coaster we go on,

really good days. We feel amazing days to to I have no idea what I'm doing.

I feel so far away from everything. How could I possibly stay motivated? I'm a failure back to I'm starting

to get it. And sometimes we stay in one more than the other. But ultimately, whether you're a business

owner or a creator or a

entrepreneur or just a person, we all have that. And my desire is with the process through these

podcasts, but more importantly, a book that is launching by the next podcast episode that is called

The Process by Emily Schramm that you guys can pre-order.

This is my way of expressing how human we all are and that we're not so much on an island when we think we're alone.

And I just wanted to interview people that I love, that I respect, that I care about.
