A 23-year-old novice nun died after a botched exorcism ritual performed at the Tanacu monastery, in the isolated mountains of northeast Romania. She was tied to a cross and left with no food or water for three days. She died in the ambulance on her way to the hospital and her cause of death has not been clarified.
