Hey guys, Joseph here. What I like to do today is talk to you about Thanksgiving. Now, not necessarily the history of Thanksgiving, but my take on having a thankful life and having gratitude for your life. Now, you see, and you probably know this by now, but I talk a lot about having gratitude. In fact I had an email today saying

have think of many things to be thankful for in fact just three things but I often having listened to the program they began to think of many things to be thankful for. In fact, just three things. But I often

for and how their energy actually changed because of it. And they thought it was amazing.

Now, I want to tell you why it's important to be thankful for what you have. There is a wonderful reason as to why. In fact,

there's a few reasons I'd like to talk to you about. So the first reason is that when you are

thankful or you have gratitude for what you have present in your life, it will cause your brain

to look for more things in your reality right now and also throughout your

days to begin to bring that into your life. Now usually we begin to delete things. We delete

all the good things sometimes, especially if we have an issue in our life. And when we have that

deletion, it makes us feel low. So if you have something like depression or anxiety or fears about life or even the scarcity mindset, it's so important for you to have gratitude.

Because when you have that gratitude, your brain will think, or what else can I be thankful for?

Which in turn changes the frequency of your thoughts from negative to positive.

And because our thoughts have a certain energies, like I said, a frequency,

you begin to look for other things matching the exact same frequency.

So if you're very depressed and you're thinking all the things you don't want,

you begin to search for more of those things and we begin to go on that downward spiral. However,

you start to have gratitude, you'll begin to send out that new frequency, which in turn

allows your unconscious mind to begin to bring that into your life or to at very least to look for it so therefore

you can act upon it so that's something that i do every day every time i go to sleep i'm thankful for
