0:45.5	August of 2019, episode number 40. Now we're on episode 112. That's crazy. But Frozen is a badass
0:52.6	hiker. He has through hiked the Appalachian Trail. He has
0:56.0	through hikes some shorter stuff like the Superior Hiking Trail. And he's done a bunch of stuff
1:00.4	in his native area of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, that whole region. It turns out
1:08.0	there's a lot of hiking there, as I talk about in some of the previous episodes on this podcast.
1:12.6	And he's done a lot of that stuff.
1:14.1	So we kind of went all over the place with this one.
1:16.6	I had some people submit some questions for him on Instagram and on YouTube.
