this is someone that I've known for a few years, someone who I've want to interview for a few years

and now is the right time. I am super excited today to be interviewing Liz Layton.

Not sure how many of you will know of Liz, but Liz is super cool but more importantly,

super courageous to be willing to tell her story. Liz, as I recall, I was raised in Utah,

I became a professional dancer, danced for the Utah Jazz as a cheerleader for them.

But the reason why she wanted to come on Mormon Stories is because she has a particularly unique

inspiring and in some ways tragic but redeeming story as a someone who's raised Mormon,

raised of Adam believing but who eventually has been through a lot as a millennial.

Two marriages and divorces. I know the first one had to do with her face, faith crisis. We're

going to be talking about that. She has also lost, I believe, six people close to her to suicide

here in Utah, including two of her own siblings and a sister-in-law. She is really passionate

about suicide awareness and talking about it and helping others help and to prevent suicide but

also to help people cope with loved ones who have committed suicide or died by suicide is the right
