So this all started back in December of 2019 when Kevin and I, well really what goes on is that we were looking for a new place to stay because our lease was up in the home that we were in in June. |
3:11.0 | So June 3rd or lease was up. And so I started looking for new places to stay and really I'm a glutton for punishment. So I was looking at houses just really get my my feelings are because houses in a Los Angeles are very, very expensive. |
3:26.0 | And then Kevin did a spectrum photos or not photoshoot commercial shoe and on the way driving out that way I saw this new housing development and the prices were low in in bunny ear quotations for Los Angeles. |
3:41.0 | And I was like, yo, like one thing I knew I wanted was a new construction home. Why? Because homes in LA number one, like I said, they are expensive and they're old and people do like interior type of remodels, but the nuts and bolts of the home don't they be trash. |
