And today's episode will be a little bit different as Kevin was kind of mentioning and jumping the gun that this is not a clickbait title. This is not a clickbait episode.

We are going to take you through a journey of how we went from purchasing our home that we designed and well semi designed.

We picked out some of our furnishings, had two long approvals, two long approvals were then rescinded, and then we no longer had a home to buy, and then we moved into the place that we are in now.

Some of you know this story, some of you do not, so it will be news to actually most.

No, by none of y'all know the whole detail except close family and friends.

Yes, so yeah, we're not going to do this or that this week, although we've been taking it really easy this week, I do want to do one just really quick shout out before we get into this.

And that is if you haven't watched any replays of the baby phase, Teddy Riley battle rematch two, you should definitely do that.

It is quite hilarious and find the version that starts from the very beginning when they were trying to do pin the verses comment with the hashtag and you know presented by Swiss beats in Timberland, the joy.

And the hilariousness of literally watching your uncles trying to work technology without their children was quite hysterical and something that I aspire to be I am well in my way actually to this level of uncle and auntie dumb because there are already things that I don't know in movie titles that I get mixed up.

So I only aspire and so I highly recommend verses is literally the best thing to come out of quarantine 2020. Do you concur? Yes, you ready to get into it? I know why we think about no versus right now.

Okay, it's somebody wanted me to do a shout out. So that was for you. All right, so let's get into it. So this all started back in December of 2019 when Kevin and I, well really what goes on is that we were looking for a new place to stay because our lease was up in the home that we were in in June.

So June 3rd or lease was up. And so I started looking for new places to stay and really I'm a glutton for punishment. So I was looking at houses just really get my my feelings are because houses in a Los Angeles are very, very expensive.

And then Kevin did a spectrum photos or not photoshoot commercial shoe and on the way driving out that way I saw this new housing development and the prices were low in in bunny ear quotations for Los Angeles.

And I was like, yo, like one thing I knew I wanted was a new construction home. Why? Because homes in LA number one, like I said, they are expensive and they're old and people do like interior type of remodels, but the nuts and bolts of the home don't they be trash.

People's house on the outside, you will never know how expensive people's houses are based on the outside, you know, the new inside is crazy.
