Thank you, everyone, for having me here today. I'm very excited to talk to you all about the topic at hand.

And I will note that today is actually March 17th. This episode is going to go live on April 7th.

So in a way, we're kind of going in a time machine where right now, you know, the university is locking down.

We're in this remote environment now. And we're kind of making the best of it. So when this

know, and we're going to kind of work with what we have today. So why do we get started? And really,

we have a case vignette to kind of kick things off. And this is based on a patient that I saw in the

ICU. And it turns out that this patient was receiving this drug category called immune

checkpoint inhibitors that came out in 2001.

I graduated in 2010.

So I'd never even heard of this chemotherapy agent, let alone some of the side effects
