I feel like I just had an agile training for the past two days and they make you do

these like check in Katie.

It's so bad.

It's like you have to use one of four adjectives, sad, mad, glad or afraid.

So before you start, you have to be like, hi, I'm Sarah, and I'm feeling very glad to be here,

but sad it's snowing outside.

Oh, does anyone say that they're afraid to be there?

No, but I want to so desperately.

So anyways, now I'm like in this habit because you have to do it before and after every

meeting. And then you have to sign off with checking out. Well, oh boy, I wouldn't do well in that

environment. It's killing me. So yes, this is kind of reminding me of that. And we're happy. We're glad to be

here, you guys.
