and I used to try and change a period pad in the bathroom and I'd do a really loud cough so people didn't hear

that I was getting out a period pad and didn't think that I was

on my period because that would be so weird and gross but now I'm not coughing I'm

ripping it I do not care oh hand out tampons like there's no tomorrow. There's no shame because everyone gets them and that's life.

For so many years I was in the dark about my periodies to think that you couldn't get pregnant whilst you're on your

period that you couldn't work out or go swimming. I also used to be quite shy when

talking about my period, believe it or not, but how wrong was I? I wish I had

someone to talk to me about these things when I was younger.
