If you read my anti-aging book, you know that there are seven things that cause aging in your body,

0:04.7

and one of the biggest ones you could call zombie cells. Those are cells in your body

0:09.2

that are done living, but they don't really die. They sit around, they take up resources,

0:13.1

and they make free radicals and inflammation. As you age, you get more and more zombie cells.

0:18.2

They also cause aging symptoms like less energy and longer recovery times.

0:22.3

I've been working with my friends at Neurohacker on a formula that would cause your body

0:27.0

to eliminate those zombie cells. It's called qualia synolytics. It's a new kind of supplement.

0:33.1

It's got the most powerful, herbal, and natural synolytics, and it's so powerful you only take it

0:38.5

for two days per month to turn on this cleanup of your zombie cells. You don't take it every day

0:43.8

because you don't want your body to get rid of those cells every day because that would get in the

0:48.0

way of your body's normal functioning. In other words, you need to do a once a month cleaning cycle.

When you check it out, you'll feel the difference. Go to Neurohacker.com slash Dave,

use code Asprey15, they'll give you 15% off. That's Neurohacker.com slash Dave code Asprey15.

You know, it's possible that your gut bacteria are part of what's making you old.

1:08.1

At this point, there is a huge amount of research suggesting that one of the secrets to living

1:13.0

a long, healthy life is controlling what's happening in your gut, and your specific combination of

1:19.4

gut bacteria can determine how well you age. One of your first lines of defense to protect your

1:24.5

gut is a good probiotic. If you've been following me for a while, you've probably heard about P3OM

1:30.8

from bioptimizers. So if you're looking to completely transform your digestion, especially if you

1:36.5

need help or you're looking for more energy or you just want to feel better, P3OM is the thing to

1:43.3

try. And because you listen to the show, bioptimizers is offering you a free bottle of P3OM

1:48.9

SuperStrand probiotics. I've used them. I've talked about my experience on the show.
