hit some basics and see what happens. So let's launch into a case.

You have a 42-year-old man arriving by EMS, and they say that he's not feeling very well.

He overall just feels run down and fatigued. He's missed his last several dialysis appointments,

and he's well known to the paramedics that are bringing him in. He's often calling out for

things such as chest pain.

And then when they've asked him about it, he says,

I only go to Dallas every few weeks or so.
