We often give our power away when someone tells us who we are, and we believe them. For too long others have written our story, and it's time to take our pen back to write a new chapter. In this episode we will explore the shadow self, how to not take everything so personal, and ultimately PROTECT our energy so that we make manifest and align with our desired life, rather than be brought down by the negative energy of another. That's right. You have the creative control over your own reality, it's time to use it EFFECTIVELY.
